Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Luiza Domnișoru, an independent communications consultant based in Bucharest, Romania. For any privacy-related questions, you can contact us at contact@luiza-domnisoru.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it through our contact form. The data collected includes:

  • First name and last name
  • Organisation name (optional)
  • Email address
  • Subject of your enquiry
  • Your message

We do not collect any data through cookies, tracking pixels, or any other automated means. Our analytics tool (Plausible) is cookieless and collects no personal data — see Section 4 for details.

3. How we use your data

Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Assess whether and how we can work together

We do not use your data for marketing purposes, and we do not share it with third parties except the email delivery service (Resend) used to transmit your message to us. Resend acts as a data processor and processes your data only on our behalf.

4. Analytics

This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool hosted in the EU. Plausible does not collect any personal data, does not use cookies, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. No consent is required for Plausible. You can read more at plausible.io.

5. Discovery call booking

If you book a discovery call via the booking calendar on this website, you will be directed to Cal.com (cal.eu), a third-party scheduling service. Their own privacy policy applies to any data you provide during booking. We recommend reviewing their policy at cal.com before booking.

6. Legal basis for processing

We process your contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, to respond to business enquiries — and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when you voluntarily submit the form.

7. Data retention

Email correspondence, including contact form submissions, is retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations, typically no longer than 3 years from the date of last contact.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@luiza-domnisoru.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
