An innovative, resilient professional with almost 3 decades of proven experience in communications and public relations as a journalist, PR and Corporate Communications strategist, media relations expert, project manager, and people manager in Communications departments.
At the beginning of her career, she was a journalist in Bucharest, and since 2003, she reinvented herself as a PR practitioner and, later, as a communications manager. Her professional path went through various industries — media and entertainment (TVR), automotive (Renault Group Romania), consultancy (Rogalski and Damaschin PR), telecommunications (Digi Group), fintech / banking (Revolut).
Luiza holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism (University of Bucharest), an MA degree (SNSPA), and an Executive MBA degree (Bucharest Business School / French-Romanian program INDE).
Since 2011, she has strengthened the collaboration with academia, becoming a visiting lecturer in communications sciences within the University of Bucharest — Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences and the Faculty of Letters.
She has contributed as a jury member to local industry competitions and festivals (Romanian PR Awards, COMMA Awards, Digital Divas, Internetics, Webstock, Gala Societatii Civile), and she is a member of the Advisory Board of the French-Romanian program INDE (Bucharest Business School).
